Downsized...

The good news - the title of my post has NOTHING to do with the economy.  Enough of that can be  found everywhere else in the news, etc...  Instead, it just seemed the best word to describe how I approached the Stampin' Queen's Sketch Challenge for this week...

Here is the SQSC 2 Sketch:
SQSC2

One thing is for sure, I'm not in short supply of small scraps, and I'm short on time this weekend (enjoying beautiful weather outside for this holiday weekend!).  I love the little jewelry tag punch so it just seemed to be calling my name when I saw the tag in the sketch anyway, so why not make a very small card that fits that little punch?

I used Vintage Vogue stamp set for the floral flourish in the circle and on part of the little butterfly that I made using the Beautiful Wings embosslit die.  The DSP is from Paisley Petals.

The photo above just gives you a sense of scale for this card, which is about 2 1/2 to 3 inches square.
Enjoy your holiday everyone!  See you next week.

  4. Hi Kathy,
This is a great card and I really like how you used all those shades of green - and the Paisley Prints DSP (I think). The tiny tag punch is so versatile and cute how you attached it to the ribbon with a little twine! Hugs, Mary
